Design Services
Following a 15-minute complimentary, introductory meeting in which clients discuss their needs and overall space, one of the following packages will be recommended:
Mini design services are offered virtually only, granting easy access for the homeowner and the designer to partner together in creating a space you’ll love. The process begins with a virtual planning meeting where we’ll obtain measurements, review inspiration for the space, and formulate our design execution plan. Elements of design execution plan include budgets, priority pieces, etc. Following the call, clients will receive 2D and 3D space plans (i.e., floorpan) which includes recommendations for the types of products best suited for your space. In this plan, clients will source and purchase their own products based on recommendations from the designer.
Full design services are an extension of the mini design option, offering a more comprehensive solution to homeowners seeking to enhance their space. This option can be completed virtually or in-person. It will include everything offered in the mini package in addition to an inspiration board with a custom product list of items sourced specifically to maximize the design of the client’s space. Plan includes styling guidance and product delivery coordination, with product discounts extended for items that are sourced through preferred vendors.
Offered to local clients who want to be involved in making selections for their new space, but prefer for purchasing, installation and styling to be completely designer-driven. This includes full implementation of the selected design plan, including vendor and product sourcing and coordination. Pricing depends on size and scope of the project.

If you’re new to the process, let me be the first to tell you that electrical plan reviews, selection schedules, and more are just around the corner. While there’s a lot to this exciting process, you can gift yourself the joy of letting someone more familiar direct your decision making. This package is offered to local clients only and will ensure you build a home you’ll fall in love with. To ensure all of the clients needs are met in this process, a limited number of packages are offered annually.
