Staging Services
Home Staging Services
Our baseline package serves as the foundation of success in preparing any occupied home for sale. Services include an in-person home walk through and detailed homeowner homework sheet to prepare the home for photos, showings, and open houses. This package is required for full staging services.
Provided after seller homework is completed and includes up to 2 hours of in-person professional style modifications to key areas of the home that will have the most impact on buyers (i.e. kitchen, dining, master bedroom, etc.).
Staging of unoccupied homes with linens, small accent furniture, and wall art. This service includes loading of inventory from storage unit, transport, staging, retrieval, and the use of inventory for up to 60 days. Rental fees may apply to inventory after 60 days and are based on the amount of inventory used.
Staging of main living areas, all bathrooms, and master bedroom. Will provide inventory to maximize the appearance of occupied listing for photos and showings. Inventory includes accent furniture, artwork, and bedroom/bathroom linens.
